What went wrong?
This is my very first attempt at making flan. I definitely need some practice.
To answer the question of what went wrong... two things for sure...
1. I burnt the sugar..bad.
2. I turned it out of the dish to early. I should have waited and let it cool for at least five minutes.
However, all was not lost. The custard was actually pretty tasty and the consistency good.
I will try again tomorrow. Wish me luck.
