Simple and delicious. Corned beef and cabbage. I don't do anything special with mine, but it is always good. Trim the fat off a slab of corned beef, cut up an onion and a head of cabbage. Place in crock pot, beef at the bottom. I put the seasonings from the packet that comes with the beef in a tea ball to keep them contained. Add a couple cups of water. Not to much, as plenty of water will come out of the cabbage. Not to mention the juice from the beef. Cook on high about four hours. Cook on low, about 6-8 hours.
